Wiggling along on her dainty feet Jasmine can turn a few heads in the street. At every gate she stops for a nose drawing huge smiles wherever she goes. Hours of fun in the Heath’s long grass she hurtles herself at crows as they pass. Loving and gentle she filled me with cheer I kissed her goodbye shedding more than one tear. Off to a new life where her family are calling where beaches are golden and fields are sprawling. She’ll have the choice to pick and choose whether hurtling for crows or the kangaroos. A beautiful face always eager to please our goodbyes were shared with her favourite *plastic cheese! Have a wonderful life Jasmine. *I’ll miss you and I’ll never look at another cheese-slice without thinking of you! Maria x |
